How do I pay?

You can either pay by cash or card payment. We accept all major card providers, including American Express.

Private healthcare claims can be reimbursed with an invoice provided.
Do you have a cancellation policy?

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required. Appointments cancelled within this period will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. Less than 24 hour notice or no shows will be charge the full appointment fee. Payment will be collected through Square Online Payment.By confirming your appointment, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of the company legislation. Failure to comply, results in full liability. If refusal is granted, without a adequate reason, you will be permitted from booking future appointments with CW Osteopathy.
How do I get there?

I am located in Chamomile Gardens which is on Cardamom Street, Biggleswade. Parking is available on site. Please avoiding parking in bays with R. Alternative parking is available at the Saxon Centre.
What should I wear?

We recommend that you wear something comfortable, for example shorts, leggings, vest and a sports bra. Please avoid wearing jeans if possible.
Do I need to bring anything with me?

If you have a list of prescription medication, please bring full details with you.

If you have had any recent scans, hospital results or reports, please bring these with you.

For sports injuries, please bring running shoes and/or insoles with you.
Can I bring my children to the appointment?

Yes of course! Life gets in the way sometimes and childcare isn’t always available. I would rather you bring your children, than to miss an appointment. The treatment room is located downstairs, so please bear in mind with a buggy. You will have to leave it in the reception.

Furry friends are also ok to attend, if they aren’t comfortable with staying home alone.
